We ship from our partnered fulfillment centers located in the USA, Europe, and Asia, depending on product stock and destination.
This allows us to offer the best availability and delivery times.


2️⃣ How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by location:

Region Delivery Time
USA / Canada 7–20 business days
UK / EU 7–20 business days
Australia 10–25 business days
Other Countries 10–30 business days

Shipping excludes weekends and holidays.


3️⃣ How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates can take 3–7 business days to appear.


4️⃣ Why did I receive only part of my order?

To ensure faster delivery, items in one order may arrive separately.
You will not be charged extra — additional tracking links will be included when available.


5️⃣ Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, your order may already be processed.


6️⃣ What if my order is delayed?

Delays can occur due to customs, weather, or global shipping issues.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 business days, contact us so we can assist with a replacement or refund.


7️⃣ What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if items are:

  • in original condition

  • in original packaging

8️⃣ I entered the wrong address — what do I do?

If the order has already been processed, we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.
